About (Biography)

Gary and Gail Stevens are retired and love living in Virginia with the beautiful scenery and seasonal changes. They moved from their native California where Gary worked as an attorney and Gail as an operating room nurse. They were married in 1959 and have five children, ten grandchildren and are counting on more.

In 1979 after suffering the tragic loss of one of their children, Gary and Gail turned to God and have had an amazing spiritual journey which continues to this day. Their foundational Christian years were spent at The Church on The Way in Van Nuys, CA with Pastor Jack Hayford.  They currently attend Raccoon Ford Christian Fellowship in Culpeper, VA.

Gail's greatest interest is in pursuing her relationship with the Lord and helping others overcome life's hurdles through the Word of God and prayer. "Double For Your Mourning" was written out of a deep desire to show others the redeeming nature of God. She has a keen interest in hearing how God redeemed your difficult situation. Please feel free to leave a testimony in the guestbook or send one by email.
